Oxford
- We leave London and travel through the Chiltern
Hills to Oxford - the 'City of Dreaming Spires'. Our
tour takes us through some of the university buildings,
where your guide will tell you of famous past students
and the traditions of college life that endure to
this day.
Stratford-upon-Avon -
Stratford is a charming market town and there we visit
Shakespeare’s birthplace which gives a fascinating
insight into life as it was when Shakespeare was a
child.
Warwick Castle - With
its magnificent mediaeval towers and ramparts, Warwick
Castle offers visitors over 1000 years of English
history. The chilling dungeon contrasts with the elegant
splendour of the State Rooms and baronial Great Hall,
all set in 60 acres of English grounds and gardens
