Private Guide Tours - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SIGHTSEEING BY CAR AND DRIVER GUIDE TOURS
IN ASSOCIATION WITH ‘BRITISH TOURS’

All tours will be charged up front when a booking is made. Credit card
details must be given to Concierge Desk by the client for this purpose.

If a tour requires any subcontractors, such as hotels, minibuses etc. British Tours needs at least 7 days notice in order to cancel the tour and refund the client in full. If British Tours receives less than 7 days notice the cancellation fees of our subcontractors must be met in full, and we will refund the remainder of the tour cost to the client.

British Tours requires at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, in order for the client to receive a full refund of the tour cost (other than any applicable subcontractors charges - see above).

If we receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation we will refund 50 percent of the tour cost (other than any applicable subcontractors charges - see above).

If we receive less than 24 hours notice of cancellation the tour cost is non-refundable.
